As Construction Project Manager on behalf of Dixon Hall, I oversee finishes and fit-out to support 280 affordable/supportive units across a phased renovation. I manage coordination of MEP, kitchens, bathrooms, common spaces, accessibility upgrades, and life‑safety systems. I liaise with City of Toronto, Govan Brown, NORR Architects, and funding partners to align construction with funding timelines, building code, and service provision goals. The renovation restores dignity to housing design and supports long-term resident stability, delivering the first phase's 92 units in 2024 and the remainder by mid‑2025.
